1. On the day you are going to check in, please let us know when you will be arriving by a text message or phone call.

2. Please settle your balance after you settle in on the first evening.

3. Take off street shoes and leave them in our entranceway.

4. Leave valuables locked in your car at night.

5. Drink the spring water we keep in the fridge. Our well water is so-so.

6. We provide guests with clean sheets and clean towels. Feel free to use our washer and dryer in the kitchen.

7. Recharge your devices using one of our surge protectors. We sometimes get surges during storms.

8. Dial 9-1-1 in case of emergencies. Other emergency phone numbers are posted on our fridge. A first aid kit is above the refridgerator.

9. No smoking is allowed inside the building.

10. No pets are allowed inside the building.

11. Buy your own food or chip in for groceries if sharing meals.

12. Wash your dishes or place them in the dish washer.

13. A guest computer is available in the lounge.

14. Our outdoor shower is available during good weather. We recommend that you bring your own bath robe.

15. No juggling of sharp objects in our studio.

16. Turn electrical items off after you use them.

17. Please be quiet after 10 PM.

18. Help keep things clean.

19. We will add you to our mailing list automatically unless you tell us otherwise.
