Residency Details

Artist residencies are very flexible. Develop creative work, rehearse, train, video, spend time with a director, or collaborate on new ideas. We can also help arrange a professional director, choreographer, composer, photographer, or videographer for your residency needs. Please note that additional services are negotiated separately from the residency fee.

We have 2 guest rooms which are both single or double occupancy. Residencies can be booked anywhere from 3 days up to 2 weeks in length. The cost of a one week residency is $400 per-room-per-week from September 1st to June 14th. Summer residencies are $500 per-room-per-week from June 15 to August 31st, taxes included. Artists can also book on a per-day basis at $60 per night during non-summer or $75 per night during peak summer months (June 15th to August 31st). Shared kitchen and laundry facilities are included. Participating artists buy and cook their own meals and must abide by our Eureka House Rules.

To begin planning a productive residency, click here to download the RESIDENCY APPLICATION FORM. Tell us about yourself, your work, and your ideas. To make a reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Reservations are held on a first-come-first-serve basis.

You can make a deposit by check or money order by sending it with the filled out residency application form to eureka.guesthouse@gmail.com. Balance is due upon arrival at Eureka.

Deposits or full payments can also be made through Paypal. All major credit cards accepted.
