The cathedral ceiling and truss system allow for convenient installation of rigging, lighting, or additional decor. There are eight 20 amp electrical circuits providing plenty of power throughout the space. The in-house audio system features surround-sound with a half dozen speakers including two large high quality JBL EON cabinets. Plenty of parking space is available with close proximity to easy load-in through a double-door entryway.

A floating slab construction cools the space naturally in the summer so that the studio maintains a perfect temperature in the low 70's. Only reflected sunlight enters the space. In the colder months, the space is heated with oil and reinforced with radiant wood heat.

$25 Hourly Rate
$200 Daily Rate (Maximum of 9 hours. Additional hours billed at hourly rate.)
